Return/Exchange Policy
One Year
Structural Guarantee: All-Ett Billfolds offers a
one year structural guarantee for every All-Ett
product. If there is a problem with the
structural build of any All-Ett product within
the first year of ownership, we will replace the
product.
Returns:
Returning an All-Ett Billfolds product is a
simple process. Please send the wallet back to
us using USPS first class mail. Include your
purchase invoice so we can easily find you in
our system. If you do not have a purchase
invoice, please include the following; your
name, phone number (including area code), your
address, order number, and a note saying when
you purchased the product, where you purchased
it and why you are returning it. Please specify
that it is a return on the envelope.
Exchange:
Please send the wallet to us via USPS first
class mail. Include a note specifying that it is
an exchange and what you would like to exchange
for. Also include the following: your name,
phone number (with the area code), your address
and your previous order number. If there is a
difference in the price of the products being
exchanged either include a check for the
difference (made out to All-Ett Billfolds) or we
will call you to settle the payment with a
credit card. If you exchange for a more
inexpensive product, we will send a check with
the exchange for the difference.
