How to
get the most out of your wallet, by
getting the most in?
First empty your old wallet or billfold
and throw away the trash. Start with
your driver’s license and put it in one
of the wallet pockets sized for credit
cards. Put it in so the picture shows.
This makes it easy to show ID without
taking it out of the wallet. Put your
favorite credit card behind the driver’s
license. This makes it easy to find the
card and take it out of the wallet. Put
your six next most popular cards in the
other three pockets of the wallet. Pair
them in the wallet if that makes sense
to you. Put the rest of your cards
between the ones you put in the wallet
already. Business cards stay nice and
fresh in your wallet if you put them in
between two credit cards. Put all
business cards on one side of the wallet
fold.
Put small bills (1s, 5s,10s) in the
shallow cash pocket in the back of the
wallet. Put larger bills down deep in
the center pocket of the wallet, out of
sight. If you have a lot of bills, you
can make two stacks, then fold over 1/3
of each like a J. Put the stacks face to
face and fit them on one side of the
wallet fold in the deep pocket. $200 in
20's will fit in each side of your
wallet this way.
Most receipts, even airline tickets will
fit in the wallet if folded once. A
letter folded the usual way in thirds,
plus once more will fit neatly in the
wallet.
