You may return or exchange your wallet for any reason up to 30 days after purchase.

We also guarantee structural integrity for one year after purchase. We will replace your ALL-ETT wallet with a brand new one if it is defective. Please let us know your: name, street address, phone number, and reason for return so we can continue to improve our products. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you purchased through a retail location please return the product to them according to their return policies.
