Free US Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love everything you purchase from Allett, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer free U.S. returns.

Returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days and returned to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair). International orders, orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange. International return shipping is not covered by Allett. Please note: any additional duties and taxes for international delivery will not be refunded.

Arrange a Return or Exchange

Email support@allett.com to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and include the reason for your return. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days with next steps.


Shipping 

Domestic Shipping

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from California. For orders placed with expedited 2-day shipping, transit time only applies to weekdays. Orders with Expedited 2-Day Shipping placed by 1pm PST, Monday-Friday, will ship same day (except for on holidays due to warehouse closure). Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

International Shipping

International transit times vary depending on your distance from California. International Standard shipping takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery. International Express shipping takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

Damaged Shipments

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to support@allett.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
