General Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Allett, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product. 

To start your online return, please visit our returns center.

Returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days and returned to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair).  Orders exceeding the 30 day window or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. International return shipping, duties and taxes for international delivery are not covered by Allett. 

If you purchase ReDo free returns + exchange protection ($1.48) at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package.  You will be able to submit a return or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the returns center.  

Didn’t purchase ReDo free returns + exchange protection during checkout?  No problem. You will still return like normal and purchase a return shipping label through ReDo with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

Gift Returns

Whomever purchased your gift won't know you've returned or exchanged the item.

To start your gift return, please visit our returns center.  

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from California. For orders placed with expedited 2-day shipping, transit time only applies to weekdays. Orders with Expedited 2-Day Shipping placed by 1pm PST, Monday-Friday, will ship same day (except for on holidays due to warehouse closure). Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

International transit times vary depending on your distance from California. International Standard shipping takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery. International Express shipping takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to support@allett.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
