Q- How can you claim to be the "world's thinnest wallet" won't my wallet just get bulky when I fill it up?
A. Our wallets are made using a material that is paper thin but still extremely durable. By stacking the cards on top of each other and eliminating excess material we have created the Original world's thinnest wallet. There are many duplicators but ALL-ETT is truly the "World's thinnest wallet"

Q- Can I exchange the wallet that I received as a gift for a different product?
A. Yes, we are happy to exchange your wallet for one of equal value. If you would rather pick a wallet that costs more we can do the exchange and charge you the difference, or if you pick one of lesser value we will refund you the difference.

Q- How do we come up with our wallet designs?
A. Most of our designs come from our customers making requests. We pay attention to the comments and issues that our customers tell us about and try to build our line to suit our customer’s needs. By staying in touch with the demands of our customers we can be sure that we are fulfilling their needs.

Q- What are ALL-ETT Wallets made out of?
A. We have 3 different materials available. Rip-stop nylon wallets, leather wallets and eco-friendly wallets. Most of our products are available in all three materials.

Nylon Wallets:

Q- Are they durable?
A. Yes, our rip-stop nylon is the same material used to make sailboat sails, parachutes and clothing. Although it is extremely thin it is very durable and typically lasts 5 to 7 years. All of our wallets are handmade in the U.S.A. and covered by our warranty.

Q- Will my credit cards be safe?
A. Yes, stacking credit cards will not demagnetize them as long as the magnetic strips are not touching. In fact we have found that cards last longer in our wallets because they do not bend at the top like in regular wallets.

Q- Will my cards slip out of the pockets?
A. No they will not. We have added a gripper around the seam of our card pockets that holds your cards in place even when your wallet is held upside down.

Q- Will the material sweat or be affected by moisture?
A. Our wallets are made using a water resistant, breathable fabric that does not hold moisture. You can even put our wallets through a washing machine to clean them.

Q- Are any animal products used in the manufacturing of the nylon?
A. No, our rip-stop nylon wallets are vegan wallets.

Q- Are the rip-stop nylon wallets made using recycled materials?
A. Our rip-stop nylon is made with about 15% recycled materials. For those people looking for an even more eco-friendly wallet we have created our EcoThin line of wallets made with PET (recycled plastic bottles)

Q- How is this wallet better for my back?
A. Sitting on a bulky wallet causes spinal imbalance, pressure on the sciatic nerve and can often lead to back pain. By using a thinner wallet you can reduce the problems caused by sitting on bulky wallets. We recommend that you carry your wallet in your front pocket but for those who prefer to carry the wallet in the back pocket you are much better off and more comfortable using a thin wallet by ALL-ETT Billfolds.

Leather Wallets:

Q- How can a leather wallet be so thin?
A. Our leather is true cowhide. Many companies use bonded leather which is leather scraps that are glued together to make leather rolls, similar to particle board. Our leather is actual napa cowhide and by using the real thing we are able to cut our leather thinner. True cowhide is also much softer and higher in quality than the bonded leather that is typically used to manufacture wallets. We also use a rip-stop nylon material to make the interior of our wallets giving you a practical yet professional looking wallet.

Q- How long will the leather ALL-ETT typically last?
A. Our leather wallets typically last 7 to 10 years, although many customers make them last much longer than that. Our wallets are all hand made in the U.S.A. in smaller batches allowing us to have great quality control.
