General Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Allett, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days and returned to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair). The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Orders exceeding the 30-day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange. International return shipping, duties and taxes for international delivery are not covered by Allett.

Redo Free Returns + Exchange Protection

If you purchased ReDo free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no return shipping cost. You will be able to submit a return or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.

Didn’t purchase ReDo free returns + exchange protection during checkout? No problem. You can still return as normal and purchase a return shipping label through ReDo with discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money!

 

Holiday Returns

Purchases made between November 15, 2026 and December 24, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027.  

 

Gift Returns

The person who bought you the gift will not know you returned or exchanged it. Gift returns are eligible for store credit less a $6 return fee.

EU Customers Right of Withdrawal 

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

At checkout, you may add withdrawal coverage to your order. If you purchased withdrawal coverage, your return shipping is fully covered at no additional cost when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that customers who do not purchase withdrawal coverage are responsible under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 business day, but transit time can take up to 10 days, depending on your distance from California. For orders placed with expedited 2-day shipping, transit time only applies to weekdays. Orders with Expedited 2-Day Shipping placed by 9am PST, Monday-Friday, will ship same day (except for on holidays due to warehouse closure). Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

International transit times vary depending on your distance from California.

International Standard shipping takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery. International Express shipping takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to support@allett.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
